A sim­ple plot where two bounty killers, played by Clint Eastwood as Monco and Lee Van Cleef as Colonel Douglas Mortimer, either work together to achieve their goal of killing the most dan­ger­ous ban­dit around,played Gian Maria Volontè as Indio or risk being both killed by the ban­dit, who at the point of time is plan­ning to rob the safest bank in the region, El Paso.
